How do I sign in?
Gameezy uses one-time codes instead of passwords for most accounts. Enter your email or phone number, and we'll send you a code to sign in with — nothing to remember or reset.
How do I link a game account?
From your dashboard, add a game and enter the identifier that game uses (your Chess.com username, Riot ID, or player tag). Gameezy fetches your stats directly from that game's own servers using the identifier you provide.
I linked an account but don't see any stats — what's wrong?
Double-check the identifier you entered matches your account on that game exactly. If it's correct, the game's own servers may be temporarily unavailable — Gameezy reads stats live from each game's public API and doesn't store a separate copy to fall back on.
How does the AI performance analysis work?
Once a game account is linked, you can request an AI-generated performance report built from your real recent stats — an overall score, what you're doing well, where you're losing games, and specific recommendations. It's informational coaching-style feedback, not guaranteed-accurate professional advice.
Is Gameezy free?
Yes, Gameezy is currently free to use, with no paid features. If that ever changes, we'll tell you before anything you're already using starts requiring payment.
How do I switch between Arabic and English?
Use the language switcher in your profile/settings. Gameezy is built Arabic-first with a genuine right-to-left layout, not a translated afterthought.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account on mobile, or your account settings on web, and confirm with a one-time code. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to your account and data.
